Aidan Thomas Hornaday Sings at Keller Williams Megacamp 2016

If you don’t know Aidan Thomas Hornaday let me introduce him to you. I went to Megacamp in Austin which is the annual Keller Williams Event for Keller Williams Agents from around the world. An awesome event and 2016 Megacamp was no exception and there was an added bonus this year that brought the house down. Aidan Thomas Hornaday who I had never heard of before was asked to tell his story and sing one of his new songs at the Megacam 2016 event. This young man could not only play the harmonica and guitar as well as sing his heart out he is also quite the motivational speaker. 

I recorded him singing at Megacamp 2016 and just had to share it with the world. 

Aidan has a website called Aiden Cares which is all about giving and even has his Aidan Cares 6 Tips on Giving. This is an incredible young man and I encourage you to learn about his story as I think it may help you find yours.

Potential home buyers are saying; when it comes time to purchase a home, school districts and proximity of house to school are ruling the home search for parents. 

More than 75% of parents say their child’s education is an important part of the search for a new home, of those 53% will buy a new home in a specific neighborhood to get their child into a better school.

I also agree that for my wife and I schools are extremely important for us when we look to purchase a home in San Diego County. Even now that the kids are no longer in school the value of real estate is affected by the schools and school district that the property is attached to so the decision about where we buy will always have the “School District” in the home buying decision. It’s part of the community and should be a factor when buying in a community.

Keller Williams Mega Camp 2016 – Today was awesome. Wednesday, August 10, 2016 was Mega Technology Camp at the Austin Convention Center in Downtown Austin. In the morning we went to the Technology Masterminds which created lots of breakthroughs on new ways to generate and cultivate leads with technology as well as figuring out better procedures using technology to facilitate better results.  These KW Events make me realize again why Keller Williams is such a good choice for real estate companies to work for. It’s a family.

The Mega Technology Camp was on the Main Stage and was a great event. Packed with what KW has coming up with technology to better assist KW agents and KW clients, both home sellers and home buyers. Couldn’t ask for a better presentation and the amount of experience and vision that was on the stage was completely amazing. Our CEO, Chris Heller, spoke as well and was inspiring for all of us from San Diego as he owns the office I work out of – Keller Williams Carmel Valley - Del Mar.
