Zillow San Diego Home Search

Zillow has been a great tool for both home buyers and home sellers since its rise into the top pages of search engines. It’s a great place to look at the local real estate market and some “not all” homes for sale on the market. Because Zillow doesn’t have all of the homes available for sale on their website many home buyers who want to find a home are not seeing everything that’s available. In San Diego for instance, not all homes in the San Diego MLS “Multiple Listing Service” that agents are members of will be on Zillow. That means if you’re a buyer looking to buy a home in San Diego County and you want to see all the homes available for sale in the San Diego MLS then use a real estate agent’s web site that has an IDX that will show you all homes, condos, duplexes, land, etc… that’s available for sale in the MLS. It’s the best and most current and accurate place to look.
