Lindsay was so easy to work with and so available. We had been looking for a home for a while and when we found the perfect fit, she went above and beyond to get our offer in THE DAY we saw the house. She sat at our kitchen table with us until 10pm to make sure everything was perfect, adding touches we had never thought of so that the seller would be inclined to pick us! She is really good at being precise the first time, as to avoid surprise. Within 1 day, the offer was accepted and escrow entered. Thanks to her negotiation skills, the process was absolutely perfect and no stress was felt on our end. She was so responsive with all our questions and knew the process like the back of her hand. She really made it easy to put trust in her to do the right thing for US. Her people skills are on point and knows so many people in the industry, we needed a quote on HVAC- she found someone in 2 hours, anything we needed, she had answers for!
