I would have to say that many areas of San Diego are not overpriced anymore. They might have hit bottom or close to it in specific price ranges especially first time home buyer price ranges. Many of the homes that are price in the $300,000 to $400,000 price ranges are moving fast when in good condition or priced to sell.
