Lindsay was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. She was very aware of what my wife and my needs were and made sure she didn't waste any time looking at houses that wouldn't work for us. When we found our dream home she beat out multiple offers with a few tricks and techniques she has up her sleeve.
Once in escrow the negotiations started and she got us EVERYTHING we asked for, it really didn't seem like much of a "negotiation."
Escrow closed on time with giant smiles on my wife and my face. Couldn't be happier!
