When I was in the military we would call getting orders and transferring to another base “The Sea Bag Drag”. This was a good thing if you wanted orders somewhere else and a bad thing if you wanted to stay put. I personally liked Okinawa, Japan and would have gladly stayed another year but the orders came in to Quantico from HQMC and I was doing the Sea Bag drag. Doing the sea bag drag at 19 years old with no family is easy. You live in the barracks or on ship and don’t have to worry about a house for a family. For many Military families doing the sea bag drag is a different experience. There’s more than just one sea bag and could include a tall blonde sea bag and many small sea bags and even a barking or purring sea bag. For this you will need to call the San Diego Relocation Real Estate Relocation Experts and let them know how many bedrooms you will need in your new San Diego home.
When relocating to San Diego we can help Navy families find a new home or condo. We have worked with hundreds of military families relocating to San Diego and would love to help you with your San Diego move. In the Morgan Square District, a historic area of National City in South Bay San Diego, there is a new tree. This is not just any old tree either. This tree is a 35 foot Cedar on Kimball Block also known as Brick Row. This area of National City has many Victorian Style homes and Eastern Style Flats built in the 1800’s and early 1900’s. The National City Chamber of Commerce is also right in this area of National City. If you’re interested in seeing some great San Diego history you will need to stop by and check out this part of National City. You won’t miss the tree for it is a gorgeous addition to this historic area that is a gem in National City.
Joe Almazan form Portillo Concrete and his crew were the installers of this wonderful Cedar. This tree at Christmas time will hopefully light up the historic district in National City and bring joy to all. To me this was a great idea and will be enjoyed by many for a long, long time.
If you’re interested in Real Estate in National City please call us anytime.

San Diego Filipino Festival ONE
In San Diego on May 24, 2008 Integrity First Realty & Loans was a proud sponsor of the One Filipino Festival held at Kimball Park in National City in South Bay San Diego. The day started off cloudy, windy and cold with the threat of rain but by afternoon it was the sunny San Diego we all love and know well. Thousands of Fil-Ams and Filipinos made it out as well as many other San Diegan’s of all nationalities to enjoy Filipino Festival ONE.
The festival was packed with entertainment throughout the day many of the entertainers were Filipino and about the Filipino Culture. To close the event out Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas sang a few songs. The food was fantastic and the variety of authentic Filipino and Pacific Islander food was great. It was a fun day for all and I can’t wait till next year’s Filipino festival. I was very pleased to see the event start off and end with a prayer.
