Rancho Bernardo 92127 Median Home Price for 2008
Rancho Bernardo 92127 also called West Rancho Bernardo had a median home price of $825,000 in 2007. This is $ 21,000 less than 2006 at $846,000 and $64,000 less than the peak year of 2005 at $889,000. The big price jumps in Rancho Bernardo 92127 were from 2004 to 2005 which had a median home price jump of $186,500 and from 2003 to 2004 which had a median home price jump of $192,500. This is a $379,000 price jump in 2 years.
Rancho Bernardo 92127 has 225 homes for sale in February 2008. The median list price is $1,505,432 and the average days on market are 82 days. Rancho Bernardo West has many brand new homes and new home communities. Some of the homes in this part of Rancho Bernardo are in Santaluz, The Crosby Estates, Santa Fe Hills, Mirasol, 4s Ranch, Ivy Gate, Santa Monica, and Verrazzano to name a few. Rancho Bernardo 92128 Median Home Price for 2008
Rancho Bernardo 92128 also known as East Rancho Bernardo had a 2007 median home price of $615,000. This was $5,000 more than the 2006 median home price of $610,000. The 2007 median home price in Poway was $35,000 lower than the $650,000 median price in 2005 which was the Poway peak. 92128 Poway is the older part of Poway on the east side. Many of the homes in 92128 are older, built in the 1970’s, 1980’s and 1990’s where the 92127 or west side has many newer homes and brand new communities. There are 4 golf courses in Rancho Bernardo 92128 and they are Bernardo Heights Country Club, Rancho Bernardo Golf Course, Oaks North Golf Course, and Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club.
