Encinitas 92024 median home price was $835,000 in 2007. This is $35,000 more than the 2006 median home price of $800,000 but $5,000 less than the peak price of $840,000 in 2005. Encinitas is a great North County Coastal San Diego beach community and has held its home values well compared to many other areas in San Diego County.
