South County San Diego Real Estate Team looking to interview and hire buyers agents to build out an exceptional buyer’s agent team. No experience necessary but must be licensed in the State of California as a salesperson or broker. Agents will need to have a positive attitude. Agents must be available for all training classes which are mandatory. Training classes vary and agents will need to maintain a flexible schedule to ensure they attend all classes. We are looking for full time agents only and applicants must be hard working, professional and courteous. They must be able to take directions and follow instructions as well as being properly groomed and wear professional business attire. Agents must be punctual and be able to work evenings and weekends. Agents must pay dues on time at mandatory boards and associations they are members of. Agents will need to stand open houses on weekends and show property when clients are available and this will include evenings and weekends. Agents must sign a contract.
