OFFER INSTRUCTIONS Your offer is important to us and our client. All offers must be complete in order to submit and process. Please follow ALL of the below instructions when submitting an offer on a Dawn Lewis REO. Thank You! ü All offers must include a pre-approval letter from Lindsay Goodman (619) 337-3407 at Countrywide Home Loans. No exceptions. If the buyer chooses to use Lindsay Goodman at Countrywide as their lender a free credit report and appraisal will be given. ü Seller to Select All Service – Please do not put in services you want to use. Please put “Seller to select all services” for Title, Escrow, Wood Destroying Pests. The seller will not pay for a home warranty. Buyer’s agents are encouraged to buy a home warranty for their client. ü Copy of Buyers Deposit Check. ü All offers must be faxed to 619-656-8444. This is an e-Fax number. ü Please include a cover letter with all appropriate contact information. You need to include Agents name, Phone number (s), Fax number (s), Email Address, and any and all information that we might need to contact you regarding your offer. Make sure you also include your buyer’s information. ü Please submit your highest and best offer.
